Originally designed as a replica of 18th Century French architecture, this imposing building on Regents Park posed an interesting challenge – how to arrange a triplex and new lift within the attic space.
The proposal made the most of the previously redundant external roof space to the rear, creating usable outdoor space to enliven the kitchen & informal dining spaces. This released the larger windows addressing Regents Park to be used for the formal reception and entertaining spaces
