A design which reflects the villa typology of Holland Park, arranged on a curving and sloping street.
Internally the building accommodated a series of lateral and duplex apartments, as well as below ground parking and resident health facilities.
A design which carefully balanced the need to respect the conservation area whilst at the same time developing contemporary architectural solutions for classical elements such as the bay windows.
A concrete frame with extensive substructure clad in a mix of pre-cast stone, London stock brick slip, and polymer render. Contractually the project was delivered with frame & facade contractor and a separate fit-out contractor.
