Formerly a ballroom for the enjoyment of the residents of Eaton Square, this Grade II* Listed property consists of several conjoined elements resulting in a challenge to reconfigure into a cohesive residence.
The project involved a lightweight rooftop extension, a double basement dig, and the careful restoration of the classical host building.
We employed the use of lightweight steel framing (SFS) to subtly extent on the rooftop, and the basement was achieved using a sequential underpin technique.
