Our client purchased a town houses at the new Chelsea Barracks development in a ‘shell & core’ condition. We were appointed to take the project on to completion.
The project involved adopting and altering the existing structure and interfacing with site-wide services.
As lead consultant we dealt with the detailed coordination and statutory compliance of the project as well as controlling the delivery of the Interior Architecture.
