Located in the High Street Kensington Area this period ‘mansion block’ project involved extensive remodelling and extension to achieve 45 high-end apartments.
An additional storey was added to the building delivering two penthouses with expansive views over the city skyline. A new lift and stair core was inserted, and the existing fabric was repaired and refurbished.
